Fortran Group International, Inc.’s staff has combined experience of over one hundred (100) years in the leasing industry. Several of our associates have been officers of Banks and Bank related leasing subsidiaries and are knowledgeable and experienced about important aspects of Bank operational requirements and protocols and the environment by which banking business is consummated.

Our Consort-A-Lease™ team of experts can help any Bank develop a sound, easily managed, seamless lease program. Our support starts with listening carefully and understanding your individual needs and requirements in order to provide the best program arrangement possible. The support is further enhanced by a comprehensive lease training program developed for your loan officers and instructed at your facility.

The training program is designed to facilitate a smooth and easy integration of leasing throughout your Banks universe of employees and customers. Under the Lend-Lease Program, training will include the Overview of the Leasing Industry, Basics of Leasing, Lease Pricing and Structuring Techniques, Proposing, Documentation Requirements and Process Flow, and Bank Profitability as well as other exciting topics presented to make your lease program a successful venture.

Once the program is established, initial training completed, and the leasing services marketing roll out has taken place, we then support your loan officers by making joint individual calls, as necessary, to assist in the negotiation process and consummate the lease. Our working hours are your hours every working day. We will always be available by contact via telephone, or online assistance, for any questions your bank personnel or your customers may need answered.

As a program member, we will work with your Bank to customize a marketing program designed to capture the attention of your preferred accounts. The marketing program will include an array of material used for promoting your Bank’s lease services.

With our knowledge and extensive relationships within the leasing and banking industry, coupled with our understanding of vendor captive finance programs, we will work with your loan officers to design or structure leases for your customers that can be as simple, or as complex as needed to satisfy their requirements and provide the solutions they are seeking.
